Single subject intervention involves children working one-on-one in a subject for one hour three to five days per week.
Letter sounds and names, phonics, phonemic awareness, sight-words, oral reading, comprehension, spelling and vocabulary.
Basic numeration, computation, fractions, decimals, ratios, percents, algebra, and problem solving.
Relational Language -
Skills in early language relations, perspective taking, critical thinking, problem solving, are targeted for children to build advanced comprehension of language in written and spoken forms.
Grammar, sentence structure, paragraph construction, brainstorming, organizing written information, and genre writing are developed with children who have completed the Relational Language curriculum.
